I was able to create some digital illustrations to help showcase the brands values for their team, which included "One Team", "Explore", "Go Beyond" and "Be Present, Be Positive".

They had a pretty clear idea of what they wanted for the "Be Present, Be Positive" including the t-shirt and the mullet. They also had a very strict colour palette, but I was allowed to create whatever I wanted within those parameters!
