Littlebus Apparel

This is an ongoing project of ANOTHER side business I want to open, focusing more on the apparel side and trying to cater to the audience of people who love pop/nerd culture, but want to show their appreciation in a quieter way.

I am currently teaching myself to use an embroidery machine to stitch niche nerdy references onto t-shirts and jumpers! It's a slow process and it's inclcuded learning new applications for Inkscape and learning about fabrics, garment construction and embroidery techniques!

Rug Making

I've been so interested in the process of making rugs! I saw some people doing them online and thought it looked like so much fun!

My long suffering partner got me a tufting gun for Christmas and built me a custom frame from my design and I've really enjoyed getting to grips with the process as well as researching what kinds of materials are available here in New Zealand. It's a hobby that I would love to be able to dedicate more time to!
